Cookie Policy
Effective date: 29 June 2026 · Node Logic, trading as AuditSchedule
What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Local storage is a browser storage area that can remember simple preferences without sending them on every request. AuditSchedule uses both only for essential service functions.
What do we use?
AuditSchedule uses strictly necessary cookies and local storageStrictly necessaryand, only with your consent, a single first-party privacy-friendly analytics cookieAnalytics · opt-in
The strictly necessary technologies keep you signed in, support secure authentication, remember whether you selected remember-me, and remember your cookie choice so we do not ask again. Without the authentication cookies, the application cannot function.
If you accept analytics on the cookie notice, we store a single first-party cookie (as_vid) containing a random identifier. It lets us count unique visitors and recognise returning visitors more accurately than a cookieless estimate can. It is used solely for our own aggregate website statistics — we do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, third-party analytics services, or cross-site tracking, and the identifier is never linked to your workspace account. You can decline, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the cookie in your browser.
If you decline (or before you choose), we still measure aggregate website usage using a cookieless method that stores no analytics cookie on your device and does not identify you. See section 2.1 of our Privacy Policy for details.
Cookies and storage in detail
| Name / Pattern | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token | Stores your authenticated session so you stay signed in | Session cookie by default; if remember-me is selected, up to the workspace-configured period between 1 and 365 days; cleared on sign-out or session expiry | Supabase / AuditSchedule |
sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | PKCE code verifier used during OAuth sign-in to prevent interception attacks | Short-lived; removed after sign-in completes | Supabase |
rm_days | Stores the selected remember-me duration so session cookies can be refreshed consistently | Up to 400 days, or until remember-me is disabled or you sign out | AuditSchedule |
as_consent | Remembers your cookie choice (analytics accepted or essential only) so the notice is not shown again | Up to 12 months, or until you clear it | AuditSchedule |
as_vid Analytics · opt-in | Random first-party identifier set only if you accept analytics, used to count unique and returning visitors more accurately. Not set if you decline. | Up to 12 months, or until you clear it or withdraw consent | AuditSchedule |
Do you need to consent?
Under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent because they are essential for the service you request to use. The remember-me option is only applied when you select it.
The analytics cookie (as_vid) is not strictly necessary, so we set it only after you opt in. On your first visit you will see a notice with Accept analytics and Decline options; we do not set it until you accept, and declining is free of any disadvantage. You can change your mind at any time using below (or in the site footer) to re-open the notice, or by clearing the as_consent and as_vid cookies in your browser.
How to control cookies
You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or clear site data. Blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to AuditSchedule; blocking or clearing the analytics cookie only withdraws your analytics consent and does not affect the service.
